It has been a great week! Thank you for all you do and for the letters. Mom, thanks for getting on top of the things for college. So this will be a short email because we have to go help an investigator, Eric, he is struggling right now and he needs us, so I will email you on Wednesday with more details. But I did get to baptize Tony on Saturday, which was a great experience, and this morning we had a great time hiking at Redrock Canyon. Anyways I love you all and thank you again for everything.

Hey all! Well here's the rest of my email from Monday, haha. It was a busy day, so for the story of Eric, the guy we have been helping to move, he has been living in this house by himself that his girlfriend owns, she moved out awhile ago when they broke up, but she evicted him the other day and he has to have everything out by tonight. He is buying the house next door so you would think it would be easy to just move everything over, well it's not haha. He can't move in until the 20th for some reason, so he had to get a storage unit to move everything into for 6 days. And he only had a moving truck for 2 days, so there is still a lot of expensive things in his house he couldn't get moved over that he will lose when he's evicted tonight, along with his dog. Plus on top of all that he's a full time repo guy and is on call, so he's been working in between moving and hasn't gotten any sleep since Monday! It's been a tough situation and we've been helping him a lot and calming his nerves. I've been grateful that we have been able to help him because he has really needed it. But on a better note-Tony's baptism was soooo good, and like I said, I was privileged to be able to baptism him. He had a couple of his boss's come down that live in St George cause they are members so that was cool to have that support. Yesterday we taught him about Temples and the Priesthood so he is really excited about having both those things in his life now. He was already assigned a home teaching companion, who is our ward mission leader, and he's excited about that too. The pictures I sent you of our hike in Red Rock Canyon remind me of home because of the cool weather and pine trees. I hope everyone is well and thank you for all you do for me. Love you all, Elder Smith
